What is Holistic Health?

Holistic and Health phenomenon; It is a state in which the mind, body and soul integrate with each other within the whole of life and are in a state of constant change.

At the center of the circle is the intermingling of mind, body, spirit, society and world, and nutrition specific to the individual.

Individuals’ genetic profiles are different. That’s why individuals Nutritional needs, how well the food is digested, and how it responds to lifestyle changes differ from person to person. So one person’s food may be another person’s poison. Every individual is special and different.
